Get to know Sophie
Sophie gained her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Australian Catholic University in 2022 and has had an impressive range of experience already.
Sophie worked with Easts Rugby Club to provide on and off-field care for musculoskeletal injuries. Furthermore Sophie has experience in acute care, orthopaedics, neurological, musculoskeletal and inpatient rehabilitation Physiotherapy which she gained at Prince of Wales Hospital in Randwick. Additionally, Sophie has 3 years of experience as a personal trainer, currently working at F45 Rosebay as an Assistant Manager. This role has allowed Sophie to develop her skills working one-on-one with patients managing injuries and promoted her ability to provide alternative workouts to keep clients moving despite dysfunction. As you can see, Sophie has an excellent variety of experience.
Sophie is eager to apply this experience in an aged care and rehabilitation population, an area in which she feels most passionate about. Her other interests are reading, walking, gym and promoting a healthy and happy lifestyle to her family, friends, and her clients.
